If you notice that you have trouble with mucus build up or other bronchial asthma symptoms when you are consuming food, or certain dairy type products you should avoid them. Even food direct from the refrigerator can cause symptoms to appear and also foods like bananas, ice creams and cold milk. If you are unsure what sets off your bronchial asthma you should rule out food products one at time until you identify the culprits. You should always have your asthma inhaler with you at all times, but especially when running or exercising so that you have the proper medication in the event of an asthma attack.

Bronchial asthma can be beat so you should not live in fear of this disease and there are many steps you can take to overcome your bronchial asthma. The body is in a constant state of change and in time you may see this reflected in your bronchial asthma condition. However, just to labor the point, always, always carry you asthma inhaler with you as this often gives you greater confidence about your ability to deal with an attack and consequently, may even prevent the attack from happening.
